BSLBATT has developed 43 standardized LiFePO4 battery modules to help OEMs build customized forklift lithium battery systems with greater flexibility and faster production. Each module is designed as a scalable building block that fits seamlessly into forklift battery compartments, making battery integration simpler and more efficient.
Supporting up to 20 modules connected in parallel, the system enables OEMs to configure voltage and capacity based on different forklift models, operating hours, and application requirements. This modular design shortens development cycles while providing flexible battery solutions for electric forklifts and other industrial vehicles.

The BSLBATT Battery Management System (BMS) works seamlessly with the Smart Battery Monitoring Platform to provide complete visibility into your lithium battery fleet. The BMS continuously collects battery operating data and delivers real-time status updates, performance analytics, and diagnostic information to the cloud, enabling remote monitoring and intelligent control of every battery.

BSLBATT Automotive Grade Modules are fabricated out of commercial grade steel. The lithium battery modules are retained by nickel plated busbars to ensure long-term performance. They are designed to withstand freezing temperatures through the use of premium components and controlled by onboard computers that keep your forklifts operating even in cold storage applications.
Standard modules can be easily combined into battery systems for low-speed vehicles, golf carts, energy storage cabinets, forklifts, special vehicles, etc., and are widely used. At the same time, the standardization of spare parts can also meet any combination of different numbers of strings and meet the specific usage scenarios of customers.

The BSLBATT modular Lithium Battery technology is now available global at Authorized BSLBATT Lithium-Ion Dealers. BSLBATT® has one of the largest networks of authorized lithium-ion dealers who are trained to properly upgrade and replace lead-acid batteries with lithium-ion. The new battery will be available globally this year as well.
